I uploaded the .src.rpm. It compiles fine, but the module generated does not
load. I need to try first to compile it on a machine without the newer
video4linux installed.

That's a good idea. It is working very well for me. This evdev driver comes
with fedora 5, but it was difficult to find an appropriate version for
Fedora 4.
