FC5 is X11R7 with a different layout than everything else before. So
any absolute path into X11 land is breaking (at least includes and
libraries, etc is still the same). This has nothing special to do with
libXvMCW.
I think the compat package is the best one can come up w/o forking the
specfile. :/
