Sounds like a good idea.  Is this in an xorg package, or in the libXvMC 
package?  You think just submit a bug report, email the "core" list or 
something else?

You can't just use macros in the spec?

BuildRequires:  %{_libdir}/libXvMCW.so

I was pondering doing that for the nvidia library stuff, too, so people 
could install the drivers with nvidia's installer if they wanted to.
