[ATrpms-devel] libXvMCW (and -devel for newer distros)

Axel, any chance you can add the following to this spec:

Provides: /etc/X11/XvMCConfig

Since that library doesn't actually have any files IN the package, it 
would be nice for it to at least tell people what it does.  Though 
looking at the spec, I can't see that it's even doing ANYTHING, and I 
know that file is needed for compiling mythtv with xvmc support.

(I noticed a posting on the mythtv-users list about this, so I thought 
I'd ask).
