The packages that need to be multilib are already in the x86_64
repo. If something is missing then it's a bug and needs to be
fixed. That's the procedure red Hat is following, too, e.g. only place
those i386 bits in x86_64 repos that will be of value, if x86_64 has
complete support for a topic otherwise, don't include i386 packages.
