Thanks. I am a bit hesitating with this. gcc says that builds failing
unit-at-a-time are broken and that -fno-unit-at-a-time will be removed
sometime soon. E.g. it is a transitional quick-help switch until
people fix the sources, if we simply use the workaround it will break
again sooner or later.

So the real trouble is in the spca5xx sources. Could someone get in
contact with the author and check whether he can fix that?
