[ATrpms-devel] Problem compiling mplayer

Hi,

In fact for Fedora 4, I use

%_x_includes             %{_includedir}
%_x_libraries            /usr/X11R6/lib

But this is not the point. I agree that libdca is a must.
But there are other two things. Why two desktop entries?
And why codecs.conf is not installed?

Finally, I cannot get rid of fribidi. Even recompiling with

brpm mplayer.spec --without xvmc --without fribidi

the damn thing is still there messing up the "accents" of some characters.

ldd /usr/bin/mplayer | grep fribidi
        libfribidi.so.0 => /usr/lib/libfribidi.so.0 (0x04d68000)

I am attaching a modified mplayer.spec for removing the extra desktop entry
and installing codecs.conf. Can you use it Axel?

But at last, the dependency on libpostproc is gone.

Thank you.

/Paulo Roma.
