Looking closer I see that you haven't installed nvidia-graphics. So
neither the kmdl, nor the glx component were downloaded (the
nvidia-graphics8774 package).

It would had worked if you had nvidia-graphics installed. Only
nvidia-graphics-devel is not supposed to do what you wanted it to
do. The latter is a convenience package for BuildRequires:
nvidia-graphics-devel and therefore only pulls in the libs, as you
don't need kmdls and X11 module for building against the nvidia bits.
