ok, I think I finally have this thing up to par and compiling properly:

http://rpm.forevermore.net/ffmpeg/

This relies on the x264 package from freshrpms, and thus I haven't had a
chance to test it in mock (I'm still setting that up, and only have the
standard fedora repositories at the moment).  Anyway, this means that
there might be some missing deps.  There's also a little weirdness
around the libpostproc subpackage -- rpmlint seems to want it to be a
-devel package.

The svn revision used here is the newest revision possible without an
upgrade to x264, which Matthias hasn't yet provided.

Anyway, I'm sending this to livna and freshrpms as well, so take what
you each want from it.  I just wanted a working ffmpeg.
