Hi Axel,

I tried pango and gtk2 sometime ago (maybe two months) and the result was 
catastrophic.
I also upgraded the glade stuff, because I was interested in generating some 
interfaces with it.

The system was a Fedora core 1 and gnome froze all the time, forcing me to 
reboot.
I upgraded two machines. One of them I installed Fedora Core 3, and the 
other I managed
to downgrade.

I saw you have a new version. I can try it on monday, but I strongly suggest 
you to wait sometime
before passing everything to stable.
