Axel,

Just for you (*mumble mumble* and for the many others
out there who like OpenGL vsync, *mumble mumble*), it
*will* become a run-time option.  :)

I figure that I'll get everything coded (probably by
next weekend, or on next weekend itself), and submit
it to the dev-list.  If it is rejected (don't see why
it would be though, since it still relies on OpenGL
being compiled in), then we could always make it an
ATrpms-specific patch, but it would use some other
flag to invoke OpenGL (perhaps create a file
somewhere, like I currently have it).  That would be
rather hackish, but it's better than nothing.

Anyway, I'm off to hit the road for a mini-road trip,
just to get out of the apartment (I've spent three out
of the last four weekends at work, it's crunch time).
