Do you want to move from heanet to ATrpms' servers?  I'm setting up
vendor base/updates repos anyway, and have partial mirrors of the
additional repos, so the bulk is already there.

The network parameters should be more or less similar to heanet, and
metadata generation can be made on the server (to avoid the race and
large metadata uploads for small changes).

(the size constraints in the past when Dag's repo was hosted here are
not in place anymore, thank God for cheap hdds :)
