you know that fedora extras is not playing nice with ATrpms and the
rest of the world, right? ;)

For one trimming the changelogs is not considered a proper thing to
do. Secondly, if you like to improve ATrpms' spec, please send in
patches not complete rewrites, unless you have good reason to.
