[ATrpms-devel] Pulling down all RHEL4 updates for i386/x86_64, how?

I have a special situation, where I want to build packages for RHEL4
in minimal chroots (for ATrpms), and for that I need a pool of base
packages and updates I can use to construct these chroots.

Other than dedicating two systems only for getting the updates and me
stealing them from their cache, is there a more elegant way to
populate my chroots (and I don't want to run up2date in the chroots,
the chroots are not static enough for setting up up2date inside)?

Is RHN satellite what I'm looking for?
