[ATrpms-devel] perl-Text-Kakasi dependency

perl-Text-Kakasi should depend on kakasi-dict, otherwise using the 
module gives the error

/usr/share/kakasi/kanwadict: No such file or directory

Here I'm assuming that perl-Text-Kakasi is part of atrpms 
(<http://dl.atrpms.net/all/perl-Text-Kakasi.spec>).
Although 'rpm -qi' on the package, on my system, doesn't mention 
atrpms.
