The "beta" packages, aka myth-cvs are also missing for FC2 and will be
made available over the weekend.

The hard way is to download apt, libapt-pkg and
atrpms-package-config manually and install them first. For FC1 and FC2
you can get away with editing your yum.conf to include atrpms like in
[at-bleeding]
name=ATrpms for Fedora Core 1 bleeding
baseurl=http://apt.physik.fu-berlin.de/fedora/2/en/i386/at-bleeding
Note: All FC2 packages are considered bleeding/experimental for now.
