Yes, that's a remnant of selinux even though built with --without-selinux.
It is only cosmetical though, but still a PITA. :(

Isn't that expected behaviour?

rpm development moved to http://rpm-devel.colug.net/, but I believe
that bugzilla.redhat.com is still intended for upstream bug reporting
for rpm. If you use bugzilla.redhat.com, I'd appreciate if you'd put
me on the Cc, or post the bug ID here (or both :)
