For one all package resolvers will have moved to bleeding, so the
guide would need to start off by asking people to temporarily use
bleeding.

I'll remove the myth-cvs rpms to avoid even further bleedyness ...

If I get a couple of positive reports most of the stuff will slide
into testing. I'd then like to get the package resolver stuff as soon
as possible into stable to get the infrastructure running again.
